Returning Users – Log in using EIN

Welcome, new filers!

You must first register your company with the FCC. Please visit the FCC Registration System to obtain a FCC Registration Number (FRN). Each company is required to have an FCC Registration Number prior to registering with USAC.

To register your company as a new filer, submit your company's information to USAC using our online system.

• Your information will be populated into the FCC Form 499-A. You do not report any revenue information at this time, as this initial form is for registration purposes only.
• You can save your information and return to it within 30 calendar days of starting the registration process. Click the EIN log in link above to go back to where you left off.

• USAC will assign your company a unique Filer ID.
• USAC will send your company contacts user names and passwords so they can access E-File to submit FCC Forms 499-A/Q.
• Your company will be required to file FCC Forms 499-A/Q as mandated by FCC rules, and will be subject to any late filing fees and late payment interest and penalties for failure to comply with any applicable filing and payment obligations while the Filer ID is active.
